Eliot Pattison received the prestigious “Art of Freedom” award from the Tibet House on March 5th for his contributions to Tibetan cause as reflected in his acclaimed Inspector Shan Series. The Tibet House is an international organization, founded by Columbia University professor Robert Thurman, actor Richard Gere, and acclaimed composer Philip Glass at the behest of the 14th Dalai Lama.
